RESIDENTIAL CURBSIDE TRASH (MSW) & RECYCLING SERVICES (AND OPTIONAL TRANSFER STATION): COLLECTION, HAULING & DISPOSAL 

Beacon Falls is seeking bids from a qualified company to collect its residential trash (refuse/MSW) and recycling curbside and haul to one or more (permitted) facilities for them to receive, process, and dispose of/recycle. There is also an option to provide services at the Town’s Transfer Station. A Respondent must have demonstrated experience in providing such services and adhere to typical standards and requirements. Full ITB must be accessed through Town’s Bonfire e-Procurement Portal: https://tobfct.bonfirehub.com/portal and read by all Respondents prior to submission. ITB is also advertised at https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource. All questions must be submitted within the Bonfire portal by May 26, 2023, at 4PM. Proposal submission deadline is June 5, 2023, at 4PM. Late, e-mailed, faxed or in-person delivered proposals will be rejected. Each respondent shall honor their proposal for (60) business days from the date of proposal opening, without modification. Upon award, winning respondent shall be bound by the proposal price throughout the contract period. Beacon Falls is an affirmative action, equal opportunity employer.
